By approaching and/or using the Best360 website and/or using the Best360 application, you confirm your consent with these Terms of Use.

Limitations and exclusions of liability
Responsibility of Best360, for any damage that can come out of using this website or services that are being provided through it, regardless of the real reason, is limited only to intentional damage or severe negligence.
Best360 is trying to keep itself free from computer viruses and similar threats, but cannot guarantee its full absence. We recommend taking necessary security measures before and during the usage of the Best360 system and while downloading any documents or data.
Best360 does not guarantee that the website is free from any unintentional mistakes and does not guarantee for the availability of wrongly described services.
Refunds
Customers of the Best360 application are guaranteed a full refund during the 30 days after the service for which the customer is unsatisfied with has been payed for. The refund will be approved only if the customer didn’t have a chance to acclimate himself/herself with the Best360 software using the Demo and the Free option (which has all the functionalities of the payed version) and if Best360 Support didn’t help or try to solve the problem the customer has had while using Best360 software in an appropriate time period.
The customer can express his/her desire to get the refund in the following ways:
- By sending an email message at the address info@best-360.com
- By writing a letter to the address of the company that manages the website.
The refund will be made on the account that completed the payment, in a span of 30 days from the day of approval of the refund request.
Online Dispute Resolution
According to the directive of the European union about resolving online disputes, on February 15th, 2016. On all European union territories all disputes around online shopping can be resolved using the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform. The platform can be used by both consumers and sellers, and an objection can be made on any official language of the European union.
